Delivery

Orders placed before 12pm (where items are in stock) are sent out the same day. Excludes weekends and Bank holidays.

Items ordered on Friday before noon will be delivered on Monday subject to stock. Weekends and Bank holidays are classed as non working days, 

Saturday deliveries are available at extra cost, please call to arrange this.

Because of the hazardous nature of some of our items and the size of the rolls most items will need to be sent by courier.

Mainland England, Wales and industrial Scotland (including Isle of Wight)

Zone A - Small non-hazardous items are sent using APC (1-2 working days) £4.99

Zone A – Medium sized items are sent using a tracked courier service (1-2 working days) £9.99- £14.99

Zone A – Large items are sent using a tracked courier service (1-2 working days) £16.99

Zone A –  Extra Large/ long items are sent using a tracked courier service (1-2 working days) £21.99

Zone A – Very heavy and bulky items using a 48 hour Pallet service. £69.99

Zone A - Some products are classed as dangerous goods (Adhesives & Chemicals) and must be sent using appropriate means; this can sometimes increase the expected delivery time.

 

Industrial Scotland, Offshore isles and Northern Ireland

Zone B - Small non-hazardous items are sent using Royal mail (5-7 working days)

Zone B – Medium items are sent using a tracked courier service (3-4 working days)

Zone B – Large items may incur additional charges Please inquire by email or phone on 01473 327510.

Zone B – Products that are classed as dangerous goods unfortunately cannot be sent to these areas. If you are unsure about your order please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you.

 

Europe (EU countries)

Zone C - Please inquire by email or phone for a quotation

 

Non EU – Rest of World

Zone D - Please inquire by email or phone for a quotation.

Returns

How do I return a product?

For UK returns DOWNLOAD RETURNS FORM and email it as an attachment to sales@as-trim.co.uk. Will we reply with an RMA number which will need to be displayed on the returned parcel and your included returns form.

Changed your mind?

If it is less than 14 days since your purchase, then you can return to us providing it is unused and in the original packaging with all of the component parts.

Certain products are unfortunately excluded from these terms such as specially ordered/cut to length material.

Carriage arrangement and charges for unwanted products will be at the customers expense (unless agreed otherwise)

Faulty product?

If the products are faulty or have become faulty please contact us to arrange a replacement or refund depending on the degree of the fault.

Product has been damaged in transit?

If you receive any products that have been damaged during transit this should be notified to us in writing as soon as possible within 14 days of purchase.

Received an incorrect item?

If you have received an incorrect item, please notify Customer Services as soon as possible within 14 days of purchase.
