Polyethylene closed cell, self recovery foam for use on door panels, arm rests and under headlinings as a superior alternative to scrim foam. The main advantage of closed cell foam over scrim foam is when using an adhesive it will not soak through into the foam which can lead to indents when handled. Using a high density closed cell foam behind fabrics and vinyls will create a luxury padded feel to your products.

Please note: Occasionally some blow holes may be present in the foam. These are small holes caused by trapped air escaping during the foam cooling process and should be no larger than 4mm -10mm. They can be filled with additional foam or worked around.
