Clearance items ae considerably cheaper due to slight defects in the product. Some materials can be damaged in storage or transportation, whilst cannot be sold as first quality can still be used for smaller jobs that allow the customer to worl around the defects. Clearance maybe end of roll, contain small marks, rough edges or be irregualr widths/ lengths.
