**Gun - Hose - Canister Kit** Celsifix Xtreme AXT2900 Adhesive

Complete spray contact adhesive kit for the larger volume user.

Includes:

1 x Industrial Grade Spray Gun, 1 x 4m Goodyear Rubber delivery hose, 1 x 17kg Celsi-Fix Xtreme AXT2900 Canister.

Celsi-Fix Xtreme AXT2900 is a high temperature, high strength, water resistant, spray contact adhesive. Designed to produce a high quality permanent bond between a wide range of automotive trimming materials.

Applications:

This adhesive is particularly suited to bonding most upholstery materials including:

carpet, fabric, felt, foams, headlinings and leather. 

These may be bonded to themselves or to substrates such as glass, metal, plastic, rubber and wood.
High temperature resistance of up to 125˚C makes it suitable for applications within coach building , including the fitting and refurbishment of vehicles, boats and caravans.

Please read product data-sheet for full user instructions.
Always test first to determine suitability before application, especially on PVC and plastics. Surfaces to be bonded must be  completely clean and dry. Spray the adhesive onto both surfaces from approximately 25cm (10 inches) ensuring even coverage.  Allow 1 - 2 minutes for the adhesive to become touch dry before bringing the two surfaces together.  For a stronger bond, or for very porous materials, apply an additional coat to each surface.  Allow to dry for a further 1 - 2 minutes. Press materials together firmly, working from the centre outwards.
For best results the adhesive should be sprayed at temperatures between
15°C - 20°C.
